LARRY J. MOSER, 77, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a Korean War Navy veteran. He work ed as a cost analyst with Navistar for many years, retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Mary of the Angels, and past members of Our Lady of Good Hope and St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Churches. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing and reading. Surviving are his wife, Elaine Moser of Wolcottville; sons, Michael (Rebecca) Moser of Fort Wayne and Mark (Ling) Moser of Daly City, Calif.; grandsons, Nick, Mark, Kyle, Austin and Noah; sister, Phyllis Vodde of Sun City, Fla.; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Moser of South Bend. He was preceded in death by parents, Edwin and Mary Moser; brothers, Ronald and William (Billy) Moser; and sister, Sally Moser. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Mark Gurtner officiating. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, with a rosary service at 4:30 p.m. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the Pretty Lake Conservation Club for weed control or for Masses.
