PHILLIP WAYNE RILEY, 86, passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, in Naples, Fla. Born Aug.11, 1927, in Tipton County, Ind., he was the son of the late Wayne and Iva (Gustin) Riley. He was a 1945 grad uate of Liberty Center High School and attended Purdue University. He served in the U.S. Navy and Reserve for eight years. He worked for the K-Mart Distribution Center in Fort Wayne for 38 years. He lived in Wells County, Ind., until retiring in Florida. He enjoyed horses and outdoor activities. He is survived by his daughters, Rita Kovach of Bloomington, Ind. and Robin (Brad) Shake of Naples, Fla.; stepdaughter, Rochelle (Ron) Walburn of Bluffton, Ind.; stepson, Ron (Pam) Lenwell of Markle, Ind.; brother, Jack (Pat) Riley of Siloam Springs, Ark.; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Evelyn; son, Michael Wayne Riley; grandson, Daniel Walburn; and sister Barbara (Grant) Habeggar. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Bluffton, Ind. Fuller Funeral Home in Naples, FL is handling the arrangements.
