I remember fondly much about Florence, but most clearly, I remember that she was the embodiment of what we meant by the expression “IPFW Family.” She was always pleasant, always willing to help, always kind to anyone who in need. Her passing reminds us of a gentler, more supportive time in the history of our university. May she rest well.

I will always remember Florence, as our paths crossed many times at IPFW, both in business and pleasure. Her cheerful friendly manner, and her unending energy are but a few of the many things I have always admired about her. She will be greatly missed.
