DOROTHY M. BULTEMEIER, 72, of Decatur , died on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, 11:58 p.m., at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born Dec. 13, 1940, in Allen County, she was a daughter of the late James Vinson and Vera (Kleber) Vinson. She married Kenneth Bultemeier Sr. on April 4, 1959. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hessen Cassel. She was a retired secretary for East Allen County Schools at the Heritage High School. Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Ken Bultemeier Sr. of Decatur; daughter, Sandra (Thomas) Bearman of Fort Wayne; son, Ken (Sally) Bultemeier Jr. of Fort Wayne; daughter, Sharon (Kevin) White of Decatur; son, Jerald (Rosetta) Bultemeier of Decatur; sisters, Doris (Steve) Steward of Grabill and Delores (Mark) Jury of Scranton, Pa.; brothers, Ron (Carol) Vinson of Fort Wayne and Richard (Nancy) Vinson of New Haven; sister, Donna (Stan) Young of Ludington, Mich.; and 10 grandchildren, Shayla (Tom) Roma, Olivia (Eric) Tharp, Shelby Bultemeier, Courtney White, Cody White, Caylen White, Carson White, Ryan Werling, Cecily Werling, and Emily Bultemeier. Following Dorothy's wishes, private services were held at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, with Father William Kummer officiating. Burial in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Hessen Cassel.
