GRACE SADE Obituary

GRACE LUCILLE SADE, 80, of Churubusco, died on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at her home. A native of Cave City, Ark., she had lived in Churubusco since 1955. Formerly employed at Bell Telephone Company, Dana Corporation and General Electric, she retired as an LPN from Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne after over 15 years, and later worked as a home health care nurse. She was a Master Gardener in Allen County and a member of the Churubusco Quilting Club. She enjoyed reading, movies, traveling, quilting, gardening, and family get-togethers. Surviving are daughters, Vivian (Brian Graham) Sade and Margaret (Greg) Blake, both of Churubusco, and Janet (Brian) Lehmkuhl of Buchanan, Mich.; sons, Bob (Brenda) Sade and Paul (Michele) Sade, both of Churubusco, Darrell Sade of Albion, and John (Kellie) Sade of Granger; sister, Evelyn Brincefield of Roanoke; 18 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyce R. Sade, in 1999; son, Marcus Dale Sade, in 1978; an infant daughter; brother, Jerry Pinkston; and sisters, Pat Hannum and Virginia Ballard. Service is 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Rick Van Horn officiating. Calling also from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at the mortuary. Burial in Eel River Cemetery, south of Churubusco.
