I'm embarassed to say I had been thinking about Jay more than a few times recently.

I was in Portland a few months ago and remember a Jackson-Franklin trip to an old-time farm show. Of course, I could never drive by Ivy Tech and think of Jay.

I have so many great memories of good times with the Franklins. I don't know if he intended to make it so, but I always think of the gift that life is when I think of Jay.

Phyllis, Brad, Brian and all. May memories be your blessing and comfort in the days ahead.

Thank you for your friendship all these years.
