MAX R. FOOR, 91, of Arcola, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, 3:43 p.m., in Fort Wayne. Max was then employed for 39 years with the Wabash and Norfolk Southern Railroads. His memberships included the Arcola / Lake Chapel United Methodist Church and the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by two children, Steven P. (Tonya) Foor of Angola and Judith J. (Coby) Zelt of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren; four great-grandsons; and one sister, Ruth Yanuszeski of Columbia City. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Imogene E. Foor; and one grandson. Volunteer Fireman's memorial service is 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral service is 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at the funeral home. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at the funeral home.
