PAUL ALLEN WITTE, 95, of Albion, formerly of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Parkview Noble Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Elmer and Nora Witte. He was a Journeyman Pattern Maker with Cole Pattern & Engineering Inc., then owned and operated Witte Pattern Works. He is survived by his daughters, Jean (Steve) Parnin of Fort Wayne and Darla Samra of New Haven; daughter-in-law, Nedra Witte of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; and 12 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Velma Witte, in 1985; second wife, Twila Witte, in 2002; and son, Lawrence Witte, in 2010. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials to Northridge Village Nursing Home, Albion.
