ROBERT "BOB" BOUSSUM

ROBERT "BOB" BOUSSUM, 94, passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he work-ed as a wholesale distributor with Bryant Gas Equipment for 20 years and with his son and family at Russ Moore Transmission for over 30 years. He was a member of Risen Savior Lutheran Church. He was a loving father and grandfather, an avid fisherman who enjoyed life and was loved by all. Surviving are his sons, Robert A. (Rosalie) Boussum of Crystal Falls, Mich. and William "Bill" (Mary K.) Boussum of Fort Wayne; daughter, Constance Jane Boussum of Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister, Lucille Morgan of Boise, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his parents, Waldo and Susan Boussum; wife, Beatrice "Jean" Boussum; daughter, Carol Jean Meyers; a granddaughter; and a great-granddaughter. Service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Martin Gehring and Pastor Donald E. Meyers officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
