The following obituary is being republished to provide additional information. RODGER K. BAKER, 66, of Zanesville, Ind., passed away Friday, Feb. 3, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital at 11:37 a.m. Born July 11, 1950 in Huntington, Ind., he was the son of the late Russell S. and Mildred E. (Yeater) Baker. He worked at Dana Spicer Axle in Fort Wayne for 45 years, where he was team leader and supervisor for several years, and also worked at General Electric in Fort Wayne for two years. He was on the "Nine Mile Team" in the bowling league in Fort Wayne for many years. He was a membr of Eagles Lodge in Waynedale, Ind. and Sons of the American Legion in Waynedale. Survivors include his wife, Betty (Fredrick) Baker, whom he wed on Nov. 1, 1997. Also surviving are two daughters, Amy (Darin) Orendi of Pittsburgh, Penn. and Shelly Baker of Nashville, Tenn.; son, Steve (Rachel) Reynolds of St. Louis, Mo.; sister, Judi Neuenschwander of Ossian and Betty (Bill) Finton of Huntington; grandchildren, Danielle, Bradin and Maddox Orendi and Chase and Hunter Reynolds. Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017 at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel, Bluffton, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Paul Rogers officiating.
