RONALD E. DEARING, 65, passed away Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born in Fort Wayne, Ron graduated from Bishop Luers High School in 1965. He was the owner of Daisy Wheel Ribbon Company for 32 years and volunteered for the Fort Wayne Police Reserves for eight years. He enjoyed history, reading, gardening, grilling, watching hockey and the Packers. "He loved his family and cherished his grandchildren." Surviving are his wife, Linda Dearing of Fort Wayne; daughters, Theresa Mozzone, Kathleen (Robert) Martinez, Sara (Mark) Hoeppner, all of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Devin, Cheyenne, Mariah, Justin, Meghan, and Emery; brother, Stephen (Tina) Dearing of Fort Wayne; and niece, Kris Dearing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Patricia Dearing. Memorial calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at D. O.
