CARY A. ASPY, 49, of Decatur, died Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, at Adams Memorial Hospital following a motorcycle S.U.V. accident in Southern Adams County. Born Aug. 22, 1959, in Decatur, he was the son of Ronald D. and Jane C. (Laurent) Aspy. He worked for Schnitz Racing in Decatur. Survivors are his parents, Ronald and Jane Aspy of Decatur; brother, Steve D. (Robin) Aspy of Wolcottville; sister, Rhonda J. Aspy of Decatur; three nephews, Taylor J., Devin S. and Chandler P. Aspy, all of Wolcottville; and paternal grandmother, Merle Neireiter of Angola. Private funeral service. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, with reciting of the Holy Rosary at 3:30 p.m. Burial in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Decatur. Memorials to St. Joseph School.
