OMER W. SPRUNGER, 76, of Berne, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012. Surviving are daughter, Suzette (Ralph) Lammlein of New Haven; stepdaughters, Gloria Thornton of Berne and Beth (Steve) Kochler of Linn Grove; stepson, Doug (Kim) Bauman of Monroe; sisters, Claranell (Elmer) Smith and Lucinda Coblentz both of Berne; two grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura (Neuenschwander). Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday at Trinity United Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 7 p.m. today at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne, Ind. Burial in Decatur Cemetery. Memorials to Trinity United Methodist Church.
