DR. LEE D. KINZER, 80, of Berne, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012, 9:15 p.m., at his residence. As co-founder of the Markle Medical Center, Dr. Kinzer honored his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through his 34 years of medical service to the communities of Markle, Warren and Bluffton. Survivors include his wife, Dawn Kinzer of Berne; three sons, Mark (Jami) Kinzer of Saginaw, Mich., Dr. Michael (Ellen) Kinzer and Matthew (Julie) Kinzer, both of Fort Wayne; three daughters, Lea (Mike) Bergman of Noblesville, Laurel (Scott) Dean of Indianapolis and Lynne (Mike) Steiner of Leo; 19 grandchildren; four spouses; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Ken (Terry) Kinzer and Chuck (Bobbi) Kinzer; and two sisters, Ethel Jane (Dean) Weaver and Betty Lou (Russell) Miller. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2012, with one hour of visitation prior, at Markle United Methodist Church, 145 W. Morse St., Markle. Visitation is from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2012, at Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel, 415 N. Lee St., Markle.
