CAROLYN J. HOFFMAN, 79, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012. She was born on June 9, 1933 in Bourbon, Indiana. She was a member of the Waynedale Methodist Church. Surviving family include her children, Rebecca (Richard) Olry, Steven Hoffman both of Fort Wayne, Robert (Chandra) Hoffman of Beavercreek, Ohio, Keith Hoffman of Indianapolis, Ind.; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior.
