CLAUDE OUSLEY, 78, of Columbia City, died Friday, July 6, 2012 at his home. Surviving are his wife, Vonda Ousley of Columbia City; daughters, Brenda (Rick) Reynolds, Teri Lynn (Chad) Fields, both of Columbia City and Janie (Curt) Salisbury of Prestonsburg, Ky.; daughter in law, Teresa Ousley; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister and two brothers. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City. Visitation is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the funeral home.
