FLORECE C. BECKMAN, 96, of Fort Wayne, departed this life on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012. She was born on Nov. 21, 1915 near Hoagland. she worked at General Electric and Fort Wayne Community Schools for a total of 20 years. She was a member of the Roasary Sodality of St. Jude. Surviving are her daughters, Judi Berning of Noblesville, and Libby (Larry) Reynolds of Columbia City; five granchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-granchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Leonard J. Beckman who died in 1973. A Mass of Christian Burial is 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012 at St. Jude Church with viewing one hour prior. Visitation is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2012 at Tom Mungovan Funeral Home, 2221 S. Calhoun St. with Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Burial at Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to Masses or St. Marys Soup Kitchen.
