SUSAN KAY NATIONS, 57, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Frank; sons, Gregory Cook Jr. and Paul (Natalie) Cook; stepsons, John and Robert Nations; stepdaughter, Sara Nations; sisters, Lottie (Michael) Lichtsinn, Elizabeth (Andrew) Bork and Sandi (Robert) Sauceda; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior.
