QUINNASHA RAVON NELLEMS-HENDERSON, 15, of Fort Wayne, departed this life on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012. She was born on July 22, 1997, in Selma, Ala. Surviving are her parents, Tuawanna and Lee Joe Wells, Danny and Paulette Nellems; brothers, Tyreke Henderson and Donte (Regina) Jones; sisters, Melinda Woods, Michelle Henderson, Tashia Henderson, Diamond Woods, Tierra Hamlet, Endya Williams, and Ashia Williams; special neice and nephews, Khala, Khalyn and Khacyn Thomas and Khobe Williams; grandparents, George and Sadie Williams, Vivian Lee and Allie Glass; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Come As You Are Community Church, 7910 S. Anthony Blvd., with visitation two hours prior. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Arrangements by Carmichael Funeral Service.
