DEBORAH R. KOLCZYNSKI, 57, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, 9:15 p.m., at her residence. Born Sept. 25, 1955, in Paulding, Ohio, she was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Kolczynski of Fort Wayne; three sons, Mitchell (Samantha) Carter, Michael Carter and Randy Kolczynski, all of Fort Wayne; one daughter, Robin Kolczynski of Fort Wayne; father Gene Jones of Seattle, Wash.; mother, Irene (Sitton) Duffany of Sciotoville, Ohio; four sisters; one brother; and four grandchildren.
