LAWRENCE W. BOISSENET, 91, passed away on Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, at Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendall ville. Born in Spokane, Wash., he worked as a welder with Dana Corporation for 32 years. He was a World War II Navy veteran, an avid IU sports fan and AJ Foyt race fan, and enjoyed fishing. Surviving are his wife, Betty Boissenet of Hudson, Ind.; daughter, Tammie Fike of Hudson; son, Jim (Jan) Boissenet; grandchildren, Jeff (Katrina) Moyer, James Moyer, Brooke Boissenet, Courtney (Mike) Walker, Jessica Reilly, James Reilly, CJ (Kayla) Fike, and Dan (Beth Ann) Mix; step-grandchildren, Chris DeLong, Kurt (Kim) DeLong and Tim (Mindy) DeLong; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Theresa Boissenet; daughter, Mary Theresa Moyer; one brother; and three sisters. Service is 2 p.m. Monday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with calling one hour prior. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sacred Heart Home, Avilla.
