LYNN MARTIN STUCKY, 75, of Beech Island, S.C., formerly of Willshire, Ohio, died on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, 9:50 a.m., in Aiken, S.C. Born Oct. 11, 1937, in Decatur, he was a son of the late Martin "Mike" Stucky and Verona Loreen (Snyder) Stucky. Lynn actively served his country from December of 1961 to August of 1962 in France with the Indiana Air National Guard. He and former spouse, Marcia Merriman Stucky were married on Oct. 2, 1960, in Union United Methodist Church. He was a former member of the Lion's Club in Willshire, Ohio; and a member St. John's United Methodist Church, Aiken, S.C. He retired from Automatic Switch Company, Aiken, S.C.; and also worked at Aeroquip, Van Wert, Ohio. Surviving are his sister, Rozanne Hallman of Fremont, Ind.; daughters, Lori (Robert) Coward of Aiken, S.C. and Lisa (Milton) Kirkland of New Holland, S.C.; son, Lon (Dee) Stucky of New Haven; grandchildren, Brendan Coward, Kristen Coward, Rachel Kirkland, and Kayley Kirkland; step-grandchild, Charity (Brian) Crawford; and step-great-grandchildren, Rayna, Phalin, Jude, and Gabriel Crawford. Service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, with visitation from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Rev. Tim Hallman officating.
