JACK S. HODGES, 92, passed away Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at Signature Care Center in Fort Wayne. Jack was a World War II Army Veteran. He was a member of First Baptist Church of New Haven. Surviving are his wife, Betty Hodges of New Haven, Ind.; children, Kay (Eric) Curtis, Sonny Ulery, Joe (Maria) Ulery; daughter-in-law, Shirley Ulery; sister, Helen (Tony) Capplia; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gertrude; daughter, Mary Slurff; and a son, Alan Ulery. Service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at First Baptist Church of New Haven, 1716 Werling Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 at D.O.
