BEVERLY A. DILDINE, 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2014, at Kingston at Dupont. Born June 10, 1937, in Kansas City, Kan., she was a daughter of the late Ward E. and Mary (Bennett) Dildine. She worked for over 30 years at Fort Wayne Community Schools as a teacher. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, an active volunteer at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and the Lincoln Museum, and a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She was also a member of the AAUW (American Association of University Women) as well as the Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority. Surviving are sisters, Nancy Dresser of Naples, Fla. and Dorothy Long of Montrose, Colo.; nephew, Donald (Brook) Dresser of Nokomis, Fla.; along with several other nieces and nephews. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne (IN 46804). Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2014, at the funeral home.
