GLORIA J. (Van OSDALE) GRUBB, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014. Born Sept. 28, 1938, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Ruth (Brudi) Van Osdale. She loved to spend time with her family, and was active in many church committees. Gloria loved to travel and was a member of the Gadabouts. At one time, she enjoyed and raised Arabian horses with her late husband, Robert L. Grubb Jr. She also enjoyed singing in her church choir and the Unity Choir. She is survived by her children, Lori (Robert) Bibbee of Maumee, Ohio and Bryan Grubb of Wolcottville,; two brothers, Donald and William Van Osdale of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Taylor, Travis, Jacob, and Lucas Grubb; stepgrandchildren, Amanda Luke, Lori Renee Bibbee, Ashley Grandey, and Lindsey Graber; and 10 step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and three siblings. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 1819 Reservation Drive, Fort Wayne (IN 46819), with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne (IN 46819). Interment following service Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Lindenwood Cemetery, with a funeral luncheon to follow at the church. Memorials may be directed to the church.
