RONALD D. FOLLETT, 73, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Fremont, he was the owner of Angola Alwash. He was a U.S. Navy veteran that served on the Color Guard for President Eisenhower. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Jan Follett of Fort Wayne; daughter, Gwen of Orland; granddaughter, Bryn; three stepchildren; seven step-grandchildren; brothers, Roger, Ted and Robert; and sisters, Debbie, Rene, Rochelle, and Rhonda. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sondra. Service is 11 a.m. Monday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, with calling one hour prior.
