MILDRED R. KUMFER, 90, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Emeritus of Fort Wayne. She was born on May 28, 1921, at Hartford City. She had been an active member and organist at the Buckhead Ridge Baptist Church, Okeechobee, Fla. Mildred and her husband, Kenneth owned Kumfer's Korners RV on Lima Road, Fort Wayne. After retirement, they resided in Okeechobee, Fla. for many years. Surviving are daughters, Karla K. (Earl) Warner of Auburn, Nancy A. (Jeff) Dentzer of Fort Wayne and Brenda L. (John) Green of White Hills, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Evelyn (Charles) Blevins, Annabelle Barrick and Betsy (Richard) Wood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W., in 1990. Private service. Preferred memorials to Robinson Chapel - United Methodist Church.
