RUTH CAZORT PATTON, 94, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, in Little Rock, Ark. Born April 1, 1918, in Ward, Ark., she was a daughter of James and Daisy Cobb Cazort. She later moved to San Diego, Calif., where she lived for 62 years and retired from Solar / International Harvester in 1977. She is survived by stepson, Stanley B. (Claudia) Patton; step-daughter-in-law, Gail Patton (Dennis); cousins, Dan (Laurie) Patton and Charlotte (Ogden) Berry; five step-grandchildren; and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Herman "Red" Patton; son, James Shannon; stepson, Dennis Duane Patton; parents, James and Daisy Cobb Cazort; sisters, Catherine, Maxine and Ora Mae; and brothers, Bruce, Jim and Wayne.
