LYNN E. "RED" HARTMAN, 69, of Fort Wayne, passed away, Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 at his residence. Born Feb. 16, 1943 in Fort Wayne, he was a son of Frank Hartman and Catherine (Rorick) Hartman. He was a Paint Engineer at Elite Enterprises for 7 years and also worked at Eagle Pitcher in Grabill. "He was a loving husband, Dad and PaPa." He is survived by his wife, Lou Ellen (Bromley) Hartman of Fort Wayne; daughters Shelly L. Hartman of Fort Wayne and Tina (Jamie) Zimmerman of Huntertown; grandchildren, Alyssa R. (Miles) Davis of Churubusco, Emma L. Hartman and Izaak L. Hartman, both of Fort Wayne; brother, Adrian (Charlene) Hartman of Fort Wayne; sisters MaDonna (Tom) Roy of Fort Wayne, Judy (Orb) Amburgey of Harlan, and Sister Karen Hartman SFP of Cinncinati, Ohio; sister-in-law, Janet Hartman of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald F. Hartman. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church. Father Mark Gurtner officiating. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd. Burial at Catholic Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Parkview Hospice or Masses at the Church.
