Carol, I know it has been years since we've seen each other, but good people such as you and Jerry make a lasting impression. Your family was always so kind to me; I still smile when I think of you. Sandy Auld (DeRose), the little girl one pew in front of you at Trinity.

When I think of Jerry I smile. His kind soul touched so many lives. He was the kind of person who loved everyone and forgave weaknesses. Not to many like him. We were the lucky ones.

Dear Carol and Family,
I hope that these words will give you comfort now and in your days ahead. Jerry was a wonderful brother-in-law and uncle to us and our children. But especially a wonderful husband to you. We were so happy that he was a part of our family. I'm glad our children had a chance to know him and experience his kindness and generosity. He was always interested in how they were doing and that made them feel connected to him. Our prayers are with you now as you go forward without his physical presence but you know he will always be with you in spirit. Love, Maury, Ginny and family

Dear Carol and family,
My sincere sympathy on the loss of Jerry. I only heard about his being ill the other day, so I'm hoping his illness was mercifully short. You will be in my prayers and I will remember Jerry in Mass in the days ahead.
