NOAH NICHOLAS MACKE, 20, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016. He was born in Fort Wayne, Oct. 12, 1995. He was a member of New Life Lutheran Church. He loved his family and friends, he was great with kids. He enjoyed MMA, landscaping, Superman, and video games. Surviving are his father, Kraig Macke; mother, Kim Bowman; Siblings, Alicia Zigler, Allison Macke, Madison Macke and brother, Erik Macke; grandparents, Roger and Carrie Macke; nephew, Axel Bork; girlfriend, Shelbie Parish; and best friend, Taylor Lehman. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sue Lepper; and grandfather, Alvin Lepper. Funeral service is 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at Concordia Lutheran High School, 1601 St. Joe River Dr., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Dr. Larry Merino and The Rev. Jim Keller officiating. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue. Memorials may be made to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fort Wayne or Riley's Children's hospital.

Still hard to believe Noah is gone. He was a classmate to my daughter. Noah and my daughter had play date together when they were in Elementary School. He always had a smile on his face. He definitely is missed!!!

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Noah as he was a great friend, man and employee. We built a great friendship and partnership over the long time he was employed at Cut Above The Rest Landscaping as Noah would Bring joy to all that worked here as he would make you smile and laugh and just make your day that much better! Everyone at the company looked up and respected Noah he was a great guy and will be deeply missed may we see you again landscaping the heavens and beautifying everything you touch as you did with us!

Noah's path and ours crossed on sev. ocasions, because of his friendships with our grandsons. Whether he was sharing pizza with us at supper or just conversing as we drove him home, he was always so amicable and polite, so pleasant to be around. I was so sad to hear of Noah's passing. Noah was one of my students at CCHS and what fond memories I have of him. His contagious smile, his positive attitude and his response to anyone's sneeze with "God Bless You!" was really such a blessing to me! One of my favorite school pictures, during Super Hero week, was with Noah. Me in my SuperMan shirt and Noah in his SpiderMan costume, he really was such a joy to have in class! Sending my deepest condolences, may God comfort you during this difficult time.
