With sympathy to Alan and his wife Tracie, James, and Katie Stevens. Also to his brother Dennis whom I had never met.
Just lately I'd been thinking about Doug and wondering where he was living now and hoping he was happy. He was a good Christian man so he's in a beautiful place now.
The holidays may be hard for you, but remember your father is o. k.
Doug was a good man and I always liked him.
Alan or Tracie would you please give me a call so I can explain things to you. I'm in the phonebook.

Hey , I can not believe that Doug has passed on I had a thought about him the other day which was kind of strange .. I have not thought about him for a long time . I met him in 7th grade I believe and he and I enjoyed doing the same things for a time which made me remember him the other day . He and I were deer hunting and he had a pocket watch which I could hear from a fair distance . I pointed out that if I could hear it just think how far away a deer could hear it and we both got a big laugh over it . Good fun with a good friend .. how we drift away from all those good friends .... Remember the good always ..... He will be remembered by me always . Especially on those cold mornings during the hunt I will remember the ticking watch ... Mike Felong

To Dennis and Doug's family.
Fond memories of hunting with Dennis and Doug. Doug gave me my first lesson with a muzzleloader. I have had many good years of shooting since that lesson. Zack Pallas
