To the family I'm sorry I was unable to make it home. I hope you are all doing the best you can in this time. If there is anything I can do feel free to call and get a hold of me. We will always remember how luck we were to have had Grammy in our family. We will always remember the great things she has done for all of us in her life. Love you all and sad I could not be there.

To Blanche's family: I was sorry to hear of her passing. Although not close in family ties, she and I are first cousins through her mom and my dad (Achille Gonthier). They were sister and brother. I remember when she and her siblings would come to visit my parents with her mom and dad when they were young.
