Their marriage lasted 37 years until he died at home on August 22, 2015. Early that morning, Jesus sent his angels to escort Bruce into his presence. Bruce enjoyed sharing his faith with others, even throughout his last days as he was attended by hospital and hospice caregivers. Those who knew him, knew that he had a passion for the land and organic gardening. Having grown up on a farm, it was his first and lasting love. In his retirement he had the blessing of once again living on a farm in Lebanon, Maine and blessed many people with the fruits of his land which he freely shared with those he knew. SERVICES: A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held September 19th, 11 a.m., at his home in Lebanon, Maine. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Voice of the Martyrs would be appreciated. This organization is one that was very important to Bruce in that it aids Christians around the world who are being persecuted for their faith.
