Bagley, Rosaline S.
DOVER - Rosaline S. Bagley, 84, of Dover, N.H., died Sunday, May 22, 2016. She was born October 26, 1931, in Dover, N.H., the daughter of Maurice J. and Mary V. (Breen) Sheahan. Rosaline graduated from Saint Mary Academy and Dover High School and lived in Dover all of her life. She spent her career in government. First with the IRS, then after raising her four children, she worked at Pease Air Force Base in several roles until she retired in 1991 with the closing of the air base. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club. There are few things that meant more to Rosaline than her children and grandchildren. A close second would be her parents and siblings, all of whom she missed very much. One of the agonies of her last days had to be the fact that she had to leave part of her beloved family in order to rejoin the rest. Those of us left behind rest easy in the knowledge that she is happy and whole again and watching over all of us. She is predeceased by her parents, and siblings Margaret R. Sheahan, Joseph E. Sheahan, Mary V. Dwyer, Maurice F. Sheahan, Gerald P. Sheahan, and Ann T. Sheahan. She is survived by her children and grandchildren, Brian and Lisa (Hurley) Bagley of Winchester, Mass., Mary (Bagley) and Bill Goodwin, Michael Goodwin, Maggie Goodwin of Dover, Sheila Bagley Jervey, Shannon Jervey, and Samuel Jervey of Dover, Stephen Bagley of Dover and many nieces and nephews. SERVICES: Calling hours will be Thursday, May 26, 2016, from 4-8 p.m., at the Tasker Funeral Home 621 Central Ave. Dover, N.H. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, at 11 a.m., at Parish of the Assumption St. Mary (corner of Chestnut and Thirds Sts.) Dover. Burial will follow in St. Mary New Cemetery.
