NORTHWOOD - Patrice MacNevin, 56, of Ridge Road, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 12, 2013 in Concord.
Patrice was born on January 6th, 1957 in Lowell, Massachusetts; the daughter of Philip and Patricia (Byrt) Quinn. She was a graduate of Framingham State College in Massachusetts in 1978 and a graduate MBA of Plymouth State College in 2012. She worked at Academic Affairs at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Patrice was very interested in continuing educating and was starting the process of getting her PhD. Patrice was a devoted mother, a devoted wife, very devoted to her family, and devoted to her dog Bennie. She loved to laugh and touched the lives of countless people with her style, attitude and humor. Patrice also loved the outdoors and was avid in hiking, biking, skiing and kayaking. Patrice also picked up playing the flute around the age of 50 and has recently become interested in bringing her dog Bennie to dog jumping competitions. Patrice is survived by her husband, Scott MacNevin, a son Dylan MacNevin and a brother Philip Quinn.

Friends and family may call from 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. on Fri, August 16, 2013 at Purdy Memorial Chapel, 2 Concord Rd., (Rt. 4), Lee, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Fri, August 16, 2013, at 12 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 944 First NH Turnpike, (Rt. 4) Northwood, NH with Father John Loughnane, officiating.
