YORK, Maine - Russell E. White, 86 of Frost Hill Road in York, Died on June 2, 2013 at his home.

Born in Manchester, on July 12, 1926 he was a son of Everett W. and Edna (Mayer) White, graduated from Manchester High School and New Hampshire College.

Russ was the former President of Clarostat Manufacturing Co., Inc., Dover.

He was active in the community serving as president of the Dover Rotary Club, and Dover Chamber of Commerce, and Trustee of Berwick Academy. Russ also enjoyed membership in and served as a Deacon at the First Parish Federated Church in South Berwick.

He is survived by his wife Deloris, a son Russell White, Jr., and a daughter Lori A. White all of York, Maine as well as three sons Peter, David and James White. As a loving Papa, he took great joy and delight in his grandchildren Logan and Sage Works of York, expressing his pride in their accomplishments, sharing their interests, and teaching them about clocks, gardening, fishing, puzzles, and more.
