Charles Wilson

DOVER - Charles Wilson, 83, of Coolidge Avenue, died at Dover Center for Health and Rehabilitation on Friday July 19, 2013.

Born July 2, 1930, the son of Elise V. and Addie (Huddgins) Wilson. He served his country in the US Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He also worked for the U.S. Post Office as a mail carrier in the city of Dover for 21 years.

Chuck loved golf and spending time with his grandchildren and watching their sports games. He was an avid New England Sports fan. He enjoyed his many trips to River View Campground in Sterling, Michigan.

He is survived by his wife Blanche (Bourque) Wilson of Dover; a son, Michael Wilson and his wife Susan of Dover; three daughters, Donna Goulet of Biddeford, Maine, Debbie Wilson of Sterling, Michigan and Ann Gosselin and her husband Michael of Rollinsford, N.H.; seven grandchildren Stefanie, Brian, Krista, Jenn, Kim, Mikey and Aly; and two sisters Lucille Thorne of Fort Mill, S.C., and Judy Wilson of Ormond, Fla.

An hour of calling will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2013. from 10-12 at the Tasker Funeral Home 621 Central Ave Dover, NH. A memorial service will follow at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
