DOVER - L. Beverly Allyson, 70, died Sunday January 13, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Dover August 16, 1942, the daughter of William T. and Mary Ella (St.Laurent) Moore, Sr., she was a graduate of Dover High School, Class of 1960 and has lived here all of her life.

She enjoyed cross stitching, knitting, reading and traveling.

Beverly was a former longtime employee of Craig Supply Co. and was a longtime bookkeeper at Rockingham Electric until her retirement.

She was a member of St. Joseph Church.

She is survived by her husband of more than 50 years Roland Allyson, a daughter Lisa Watson and husband Perry of Kent Island, MD, a son Derek Allyson of Dover and his companion Ericka Stevens, a grandson Ryan Earls, two brothers William Moore, Jr. of Florida and Bruce Moore of Lebanon, ME and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews including James Moore of Springvale, ME.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother James Moore.

Friends are invited to call Wednesday January 16th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Parish of the Assumption, St. Joseph Church, 150 Central Ave. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery.

Memorials in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memorial Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9956.
