Loretta "Lori" Polchies

SOMERSWORTH - Loretta "Lori" Jane Polchies, 71, died Wednesday August 14, 2013 at the Hyder Family Hospice House. Lori and her twin sister Patricia were the first set of twins born in Rochester, at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital, July 27, 1942 the daughter of Clarence R. and Mary Loretta (Connelly) Rowe, she grew up in Center Strafford where she was a graduate of Austin-Cate Academy. She was a 28 year resident of Dover prior to moving to Somersworth 5 years ago. She was a member of the St. Jean de Baptist Club and loved country music. Her family was important to her especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she also enjoyed cooking and gardening. She has been an employee of the Wadley House in Dover. She is survived by her five children Patrick Mitchell Polchies and his wife Naomiof Kingsclear, NB, Canada, Bonita Jane Polchies of Somersworth, Michael Brett Polchies and his wife Jennifer of Aurora, Colorado, Wanda Jean Polchies of Dover and Mary Loretta Polchies of Somersworth, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves her sisters and brothers, twin Patricia Sabattis of Somersworth, James W. Rowe, Sr. and his wife Patricia of Pelham, Stephen M. Rowe and his wife Dotty of Farmington and Linda Rowe of Rochester and nieces, nephews and cousins,
