ROCHESTER - Scott E. Donahue, 67, of Rochester, died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Rochester Manor. He was born September 20, 1950 in Lynn, Mass., the son of the late Everett and Ruth (Faulkner) Donahue.

He served as SGT in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a combat vet and received a Silver Star. Scott worked many years as a lineman for Verizon.

Members of his family include his wife of 44 years, Karon (Versackas) Donahue; daughter, Beth (William) Cashman; son, Christopher (Dawn) Donahue; three grandchildren, Jacob and Matthew Donahue, Morgan Cashman; sister, Kathy Whiting; brother, Mark (Tara) Donahue; Aunt Elfreida Faulkner; and nine nieces and nephews as well as two cousins with a special thank you to Debbie Robinson, his "girlfriend".

SERVICES: A celebration will be held Saturday, 2 p.m., September 15, 2018 at Scott and Karon's home. Burial will be in the NH Veterans Cemetery on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Cornerstone VNA and Hospice, 178 Farmington Rd., Rochester, NH 03867.
