Russell P. Tully

PORTSMOUTH - Russell P. Tully, 82 of The Edgewood Center in Portsmouth passed on to the Angels on June 22, 2014 at Portsmouth Regionl Hospital with his daughter Dolores by his side.

Born on September 29, 1931 he was raised by George and Marion (Linscott) Flynn. He entered the United States Army serving his country during the 1950s.

He made his home for many years in the Margeson Apartments in Portsmouth before making his home at The Edgewood Centre. He enjoyed his time spent playing cards, a trip to the beach and out for an ice cream and following his Red Sox.

Russell is survived by his daughters Dolores Tully- Kuchyt and her husband Ken of Somersworth, Brenda Narsavage and her husband Mike of Pittston, Pa., and Lisa Seaward of Somersworth, grandchildren Christopher, Jennifer, Nicole, Kayla, Kassidy, Stephanie and Henri as well as his great grandchildren Joshua, Natasha, Hayden, Brianna and Cora.

Friends may visit with Russell's family on Friday from 10-11 a.m. in the JS Pelkey Funeral Home 125 Old post Road Kittery Maine 03904, where a funeral will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial and full military honors will be celebrated in Mt Pleasant Cemetery following the funeral. Care for the Tully family has been entrusted to the JS Pelkey Funeral Home.
