GONIC — Laurette Bilodeau, 84, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, at her daughter's home in Gonic.

Born in Biddeford, Maine, on Sept. 18, 1925, she was the daughter of Alexander and Accee (Hince) Letourneau.

She was a resident of Portsmouth for 45 years before moving to Gonic five years ago.

The widow of Clement Bilodeau, who died in 1987, she is survived by: her daughters, Priscilla Bilodeau of Rochester, Denise Vincent of Gonic, with whom she resided, Helen Moore of Portsmouth, and Irene Leeman of South Carolina; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A brother, sister and several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a grandson Michael Moore.

Visiting hours will be held at the Farrell Funeral Home, 684 State Street, Portsmouth, on Monday from 4-7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Immaculate Conception Church, 98 Summer Street, Portsmouth, on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Portsmouth.
