SOMERSWORTH — Catherine Ann Fallon, 52, of Somersworth, succumbed to a long illness on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover.

She was born on November 17, 1958, on Oahu in Hawaii, the daughter of Patricia (Candelari) Boston. She was raised and educated in South Berwick, Maine and graduated from Marshwood High School Class of 1977

During her short life, Catherine enjoyed the outdoor life, the beach and camping. Decorating, cooking and spending time with her family, and especially raising her son Robbie.

Catherine had worked in retail at the Yield House in Dover and as a waitress at Flynn's News in South Berwick.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Robert Fallon Sr.; her son, Robert Fallon Jr., both of Somersworth. Three brothers, Michael Boston of N.C., John Boston of Ga. and Denny Boston of Hollis Center, Maine. Sister, Debra (Boston) Hines of South Berwick, Maine and 10 nieces and nephews also survive her. She was predeceased by her mother, Patricia (Candelari) Boston.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, May 3, from 1 to 2 p.m. at McIntire-McCooey Funeral Home, 301 Main Street in South Berwick, ME. Funeral services will take place at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in South Berwick.
