Ralph McPheters Obituary
DOVER - Ralph John McPheters, Sr passed away the early hours of November 6th at the Riverside Rest Home in Dover.
\Ralph was born May 17, 1923 in Greenfield, Maine to Wallace and Maud (Cunningham) McPheters. He was married to Verlie Etta McPhee in Greenfield, Maine on June 22, 1946 and were close companions for fifty years, until her passing. They had three children Judy (McPheters) Roberts of Seneca, SC, Martell McPheters of Rochester, and Ralph McPheters, Jr. of Okabena, Minn. He also had many grandchildren and great grandchildren that will also feel his loss.
He was a member of the Rochester South Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and up until his being confined due to health was supportive of their Christian activities.
Memorial services will be Sunday November 17th at 3 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave., Dover, N.H. Relatives and friends are invited.

To the McPheters family Sincere condolences to you all Ralph was in the Alzheimers unit with my Aunt Eva He was so kind to her. She often sat next to him and would ask him what time it was. love Maurice and Patricia Richard

My Mother and Judy have been best friends since before I was born. I have fond memories from my childhood, whether at Judys' house or running back and forth to Ralph and Verlies' home. When Jons' cousins came down from Maine, it was an extra special event as my sister and I loved hanging out with the girls. I thought of Ralph like my own grandfather, I loved him as such. I loved visiting with him or when he was fishing he would stop by my parents home. He had the greatest sense of humor, his smile and laughter that could light up the room or anyones day. My thoughts and prayers are with Judy and Jon, and the rest of the McPheters family.
