ELIOT, Maine - Donald Paul Clemons, 63, of State Road in Eliot, Maine died at his home on November 25, 2013 following a period of failing health.
Born in Manchester, on September 4, 1950 he was a son of Paul R. Clemons and Gloria A. (Peterson) Haskell, he was raised in Hookset attending local schools including Central High School in Manchester.
Donald was a lifelong heavy equipment operator. He had been employed for the last fifteen years at the Links at Outlook Golf Course in South Berwick. He was an avid sports fan enjoying, baseball, basketball, golf and Skiing. He was a gifted pool player and always enjoyed time spent on his Harley Davidson.
He is survived by his loving wife Gail (Perham) Clemons of Eliot, his mother Gloria Haskell of Hookset, children Cain and his wife Stephanie Perham of Kittery, Maine and Katie Perham of Eliot, Maine, two grandchildren Gemma and Jaxston, a sister Carol and her husband Ron Nelson of Auburn, and two nephews.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Tuesday December 3,2013 at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Hoffman officiating in the JS Pelkey Funeral Home 125 Old Post Road Kittery Maine with a time of refreshment and sharing to follow the service. Care for the Clemons family has been entrusted to the JS Pelkey Funeral Home.
