Edward Fabian Obituary
STRAFFORD - Edward Robert Fabian, Jr., 85, of 517 First Crown Point Road died Wednesday Jan. 8, 2014 at Franklin Regional Hospital in Franklin, after a period of failing health.
Born Dec. 6, 1929 in New Haven, Conn. he was the son of the late Edward Robert Sr. and Anna (Lewis) Fabian.
Bob served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War He worked as a well drilling salesman for L.A. Hanna & Sons in Stratham, for many years. He has resided in this area since the 1950s previously living in Bellows Falls, Vt. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golf. He had wintered in Florida for many years and loved playing golf there.
Members of his family include his wife of years, Patricia (Lessard) Fabian, Strafford; sons, Stephen Michael Fabian, Roswell, Ga., Edward Robert III and wife Leslie Fabian, Strafford; daughter, Beth Ann Metz, Tenn.; 7 grandchildren,; brother, Richard Fabian and wife Judy, Cottonwood, Ariz.; sisters, Jacqueline Dawson, St. Augustine, Fla., Jean Roddy, Naples, Fla. several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 from 10-12 with a memorial service following at 12 p.m. in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester N.H.
Burial will be in Kimball Cemetery Rochester N.H. in the spring.

Words fail to say how sorry to hear of your loss. The biggest tragedy is the people that didn't get to know your Dad. He was an exceptional individual and will be sorely missed.
