Tracy Boyle Obituary

DOVER, N.H. – Tracy J. (Hall) Boyle, 47, of Dover died Wednesday December 28, 2016, at the Massachusetts General Hospital.

Tracy was born in Keene, N.H., on September 24, 1969, the daughter of Richard and Jane (Aron) Hall. Tracy attended Keene High School graduating in 1988. She was a Keene State College graduate Class of 1993. Tracy was active in music and theater, keeping those talents through her life and alive in her home. She possessed a warm voice range having once performed a shimmering solo piece still recalled glowingly by her family. The amazing piece was Ride On-, King Jesus. Please King Jesus, take Tracy to your side.

She was a legendary baker, creating and preserving family recipes passed to her from her grandmother. A seamstress without boundaries, she designed clothing and accessories for her children and her home.

Tracy was raised working in her family business, Sunset Tool, Inc., serving there as a bookkeeper before marrying and relocating to the Seacoast. Since settling with her husband in Dover, N.H, in 1998, Tracy worked in the University of New Hampshire system for the last 18 years, serving most recently as Director of Finance and Administration in the Facilities Business Service Center.

Tracy possessed the remarkable trait to connect with any individual, on any situation or topic, allowing her to befriend everyone with whom she made acquaintance. Shy and unassuming as a young girl, her personality blossomed to a self-assured and confident woman with an innate sense of fairness and respect. Tracy served as a Girl Scout Leader for many years, sharing her camping passion with young girls, teaching them life skills and equipping them with talents to stand independently. Creative, generous and giving, her spirit will continue to soar in the lives of her daughters; and with both those she loved and the innumerable folks who continue to love her. In keeping with her spirit of generosity, it was Tracy's desire to grant life beyond her own, establishing herself as an organ donor. Through this gift of her humanity others will experience renewal of life and its beauty.

Members of her family include her loving husband of 18 years, Kevin Boyle; her beautiful daughters, Abigayle Boyle and Elayne Boyle; her devoted parents, Richard and Jane Hall of Keene; her caring brother, Matthew Hall and wife Kathleen, and his children Cody, Cooper, Madison and grandson Declan of Keene. Tracy is survived by her maternal grandmother, Constance Aron of Keene, and her paternal grandfather, Edward Chabot. Tracy has numerous aunts and uncles, cousins and extended in-laws, having come from and married into large families, who are all saddened by her sudden departure. Several far-reaching communities will experience loss by her leaving so soon, with many selfless acts yet to have been fulfilled.

SERVICES: Tracy will be waked Wednesday, January 4, 2017, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave., Dover. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with Tracy's family at that time.

The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the First Parish Church, 218 Central Ave., Dover. N.H. Following the funeral, a time of fellowship will be at the Hellenic Center, 219 Long Hill Rd., Dover, NH.

To honor the objectives of Tracy's life, a scholarship fund is in construction to honor the importance of continuing education for women and their role in furthering their Business and Independent Affiliations. Donations to advance this scholarship may be made payable to Sharon Boyle, care of the Tracy J. Boyle Memorial Scholarship, PO Box 759, Contoocook, NH, 03229. Your gifts and expressions of kindness are so deeply appreciated.

I am so sorry to hear of Tracy's passing. I worked with her at UNH for several years. She was always kind, thoughtful and caring. She once brought me these "tin icicle Christmas tree ornaments" knowing they were my favorites as a child. She was so proud to give them to me, telling me her Dad made them. She loved her family, she was a great Mom. Deepest condolences to both, the Boyle and Hall families.

I am at a complete loss for words...what do you say? You allowed me into your tight group of friends over 25 years ago . And in our twenties we watched each other grow up, get married, and start families of our own. When my sister married Matt we literally became family. My heart is breaking for all of you, Tracy was a bright light in an otherwise dark world. She was a beautiful person, mother, wife, sister and daughter and the loss of her light, and inner beauty will be felt for a very long time.

I never met this young lady but I feel like I have known her forever. I feel so much sorrow for all of her family and friends. One asks "Why one so kind and so young when she had so much to offer our children who surrounded her. There is no answer to WHY but there are memories in the sand written here on these pages. Refer to them often to remember happy thoughts and it will help you through it. My prayers are with all of you.

We are so saddened to hear about this. Tracy was such a funny, energetic, unique person who immediately made all of us feel so welcome when we crashed your beach vacation in Plum Island this summer! She was always running around trying to make everything better, prettier, more comfortable for everyone. I remember her going so far as to put out the beach chairs around the "campfire" made of beach candles (as there was a no-campfire rule in effect at the time) and actually sitting in each chair so that they were sturdy in the sand, saying she didn't want anyone to fall over as they sat in the chair! We will be thinking of you, your girls, and your families...our sincere condolences.

It was always my pleasure to see Tracy and enjoy her bright beautiful smile and joyous spirit- we hugged last week as she presented me once again with her delicious cookies that she kindly made for many of us! I am saddened beyond words at a life taken far too soon! We have all lost a beautiful and powerful influence in our lives- my heart aches for her two beautiful daughters and Kevin and all her family, friends and co-workers at UNH.
