Karen Best Obituary
Born February 10, 1952 in McKeesport, PA she was the daughter of the late Karl and Dorothy Miller Evans.
Karen loved her cats but most importantly loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Leslie Yamnicky and friend Shannen Wysong of Fredericksburg, VA, Jimmy Best and wife Kate of Thurmont, Kevin Best and wife Mary of Mt. Airy, Steven Best and wife Angie of Frederick, son-in-law John Yamnicky of Woodbridge, VA; grandchildren Devin, Julia, Kayleigh, K.C. Ray, Aubrey, Wyatt, Steven, Jr. and Michael; siblings Sandy Evans of McKeesport, PA, Dottie Evans of Cape Coral, FL and Karl Evans of N. Las Vegas, NV. She will also be remembered by her mother-in-law Marie Burton of Bloomington, MN.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 6-8PM where a service will be held on Thursday, May 31 at 11 AM.

I smile as I remember our high school days and the great times we all had. Those days were precious, as were the friendships we forged. I am so sorry for you Jim, and your family. I pray God will see you through these most difficult days. God bless you all.
