Charles had many good qualities, he loved meeting and talking to people and helping those in need and was very generous with an open hand and helped those in need during his travel. He had been around the world three times. He was a cook for the Black Panthers in Baltimore and fed many children. He was an Engineer for the B&O Railroad. He really enjoyed making you laugh, if you were in his company, there was never a dull moment. He lived a good life.

He is survived by his loving wife Wanda Perry Jackson, three sisters, Savannah Boyce (Melvin) both of Frederick, MD. Ernestine Hite and Betty Campbell ( John) of Brunswick, MD. One brother James Jackson, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL and one pre-deceased sister Margaret Jackson. Many nieces and nephews.
